ALDYNE^TM - Normal pressure plasma process

ALDYNE^TM , a new surface treatment technology for plastics. This new plasma deposition process operates on-line at atmospheric pressure, similar to corona treating systems.

The ALDYNE™ process is carried out in a precision-controlled gas atmosphere. It is environmentally friendly, safe and is controllable even at high speeds. Process control and systems monitoring are conducted by computer with user-friendly software.

ALDYNE™ creates surface tension greater than 72mN/m, which means complete wettability. The superimposed structures result in considerable improvements in storage stability and a precipitous rise in adhesion levels.
